- Hire and develop Strategic Account Executives as they improve their skills, processes, and tools to effectively present, close, and earn the trust of Corporate Customers to grow adoption of ez Cater features.
- Lead your team to drive performance by developing and managing account growth plans with Corporate Customers, in tandem with internal teams to improve metrics across new users, meetings with key decision makers, and pipeline management to drive total account GMV.
- Drive the successful acquisition of a target set of Strategic Corporate Accounts and drive incremental expansion in existing Strategic Corporate Accounts.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources, policies and procedures.
- Streamline or eliminate excess processes, hold partner teams accountable for improvement, reduce dependencies and eliminate problems that stifle innovation or cause customer dissatisfaction.
- Represent ez Cater at customer-facing events, including industry-focused conferences, trade shows, or other opportunities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 5+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise Sales Management experience, leading teams who sell into complex or networked organizations.
- 6+ years of business-facing sales or negotiation experience working with and influencing large businesses.
- Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce (or other CRM) and G-Suite.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects that innovate on behalf of the customer.
- Experience leading a team of 5-8 to achieve multi-year growth targets and goals.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics/KPIs to determine improvements and identify opportunities.
- Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles.
- Proven success driving results through account development from prospecting, to scaling, to multi-year account growth.
- Comfortable with hands-on management of tasks and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep.
- Analytical abilities and quantitative skills. Comfortable working with and making sense of complex data.
The national cash compensation for this role consists of base salary and a variable component for a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000 per year. There is also an additional target bonus for this role.
