• Serve as a consultative resource on retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for the professional development of field colleagues related to plan administration and compliance
• Stay informed of current market conditions, industry trends, and legislative changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues using available resources
• Bachelor’s Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience reviewing plan documents, SPDs, and other employee benefit materials
