Head of Business Development (Equity & Commission-Based)

One Zero Solutions is a healthcare technology company that helps clinics and primary care physicians optimize their financial performance through Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. Our goal is to simplify billing, accelerate reimbursements, and improve revenue outcomes for healthcare providers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to spearhead our expansion and lead clinic engagement initiatives. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role focused on building relationships with healthcare providers and onboarding them to our RCM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage clinics and primary care physicians for One Zero’s RCM services.
  • Set appointments, conduct meetings with decision-makers, and onboard new clients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market growth.
  • Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine go-to-market and growth strategies.
