** Your role in our team
** As
** Business Development Manager HPE**, you are a key player within our
** Datacenter team**, which is part of the Advanced Solutions Value strategy of Ingram Micro. This team of seven closely collaborating colleagues maintains strong relationships with vendors and resellers.
You will act as the
** Single Point of Contact
** for expanding the
** HPE portfolio
** toward the
** BeLux reseller community**. Your mission is to ensure a continuous focus on products and services within this portfolio, identify opportunities for business expansion, and drive growth in the number of orders.
Your
** ultimate goal
** is to bring new business in, grow existing partnerships, and continuously expand our market footprint.
You proactively translate opportunities into tangible sales results and strengthen Ingram Micro’s position as a
** key HPE distributor
** in the region. With your entrepreneurial mindset and commercial drive, you turn potential into performance and growth.
** The position in a nutshell
**** In this role, you will:
*** Act as the main point of contact for the reseller channel, driving growth within the HPE portfolio.
* Identify and attract new business opportunities, positioning the right HPE solutions and creating tailored offers in collaboration with internal teams.
* Manage revenue, margin, and vendor targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
* Develop and execute business plans, forecasts, and vendor programs to strengthen HPE’s market presence.
* Enable and support partners on the HPE Hybrid IT portfolio through training, presentations, and close follow-up.
* Analyze market trends and partner potential, translating insights into concrete actions that expand our business.
** What we’re looking for
**** To succeed in this role, you bring:
*** Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the IT sector.
* At least 5+ years of relevant field sales experience in a similar role (within distribution or vendor environments is a plus!).
* A strong commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of server and storage portfolios.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
* A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically.
