Zipdev is looking for a Product & Supply Chain Project Manager to join our client, Hologenix, based in Pacific Palisades, CA. Our client is a materials science company that produces innovative, responsive textile products that energize all aspects of life. This is a full‑time position offering a hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. The selected candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Responsible for inputting, delegating, and tracking hundreds of projects through Ensure all follow‑up and deadlines are met by the team.
- Support CPO: Support with prioritization and delegation of tasks throughout the team.
- Data Management: Maintain critical data for entire Supply Chain team, like prices, specs, etc. This will include updating , SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
- Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with the entire client's team to ensure alignment and communication. - Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like , Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Preferably within the textile industry.
- Extremely organized and can keep entire teams on task.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, and operations roles. Preferably within the textile industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in , Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
- Can work autonomously and make decisions to support the team without being told what to do.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Excellent communicator, and highly organized.
- Excellent fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Currently living in Latin America.
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
- Vacation: 10 business days a year.
- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year.
