Client Relationship Manager

Brant Hickey & Associates is a leader in the structured settlements industry. We’re working alongside claims representatives, defense counsels, plaintiff counsels, as well as injury victims and their family. In our 31st year of operation, we’re looking for a new team member to focus on growth of client relationships and successful continuation of current partnerships.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days (Fridays). The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their company needs, and providing personalized solutions. The role involves managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, identifying opportunities for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Additionally, the position requires monitoring client satisfaction and ensuring timely follow-ups to strengthen client loyalty.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends
• Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self starting attitude to develop new client relationships
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
