Our team is structured around key areas like Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, and we collaborate through cross-functional pods focused on distinct customer segments — from Retailers and Suppliers to Revenue Recovery & Analytics and Core.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, ABM, and others
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
- Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
- Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
- Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue
- Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline.
- Write compelling, conversion focused content with strong call to actions.
This role is remote or hybrid, based on the candidate’s location. For hybrid office locations (Rogers, AR or Minneapolis, MN), we Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. The role will require occasional travel for onboarding, training, team or company meetings, etc., - estimated around 5%.
What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in marketing campaigns
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
- Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce, Word Press and Pardot
- Google Ads certified
- T-shaped capabilities: broad expertise across marketing
- Knowledge in the latest trends and best practices around demand capture and generation
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $76,700 - $118,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
