• Own the systems and strategy behind the quoting engine and automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance user experience.
• Drive critical metrics including loss ratio, retention, and conversion rates.
• Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations on performance and strategy.
• Scale operations to reach targets of 50M customers and $10B revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Operations Research).
• 7+ years of management consulting experience from top‑tier firms.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
