Vice President - North America Sales (reporting directly to the CEO), you will own the strategy, execution, and leadership that drives regional ARR growth and expands our presence across local, state, provincial, and federal government.
You will lead a high‑performing team of Business Development Managers, sharpen our go‑to‑market approach, and spearhead a 3‑year growth strategy that builds on our recent government momentum. With demand for digital permitting, automation, and compliance technology surging across North America, you’ll be at the forefront of a transformation shaking up government operations nationwide.

Your Day-to-Day- Own the national revenue strategy and GTM execution for the U.S. and Canada.
- Architect and deliver a 3‑year growth plan that expands government adoption of Archistar’s eCheck and digital permitting solutions.
- Lead, inspire, and elevate a distributed team of BDMs to reach and exceed aggressive ARR targets.
- Build world‑class sales methodologies, KPIs, and forecasting frameworks that create predictable, scalable revenue growth.
- Oversee enterprise‑level pipeline development, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and procurement pathways.
- Partner with a well‑resourced Marketing team to co‑create targeted regional campaigns, government events, and demand‑generation initiatives.
- Support your team through complex, multi‑stakeholder government sales and multi‑phase procurement cycles.
- Identify strategic partnerships and high‑value alliances to expand our national footprint.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with Product and Customer Success to ensure our solutions evolve with market needs and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Monitor national policy shifts, competitive trends, and government priorities to refine strategy and sharpen positioning.
- Represent Archistar at major industry conferences, leadership summits, and government forums across North America.
- Foster a performance‑driven culture grounded in excellence, growth, accountability, and purpose.
- Senior leadership experience as a National Sales Director, VP of Sales, or similar executive role in SaaS or technology.
- Proven success leading distributed teams across large and complex regions.
- A track record of driving significant ARR growth and scaling government or enterprise sales operations.
- Deep knowledge of public‑sector technology sales and formal procurement processes (local government experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytics and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level influencing capabilities.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and retain high‑performing sales talent.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic leadership credentials highly regarded.
