• Oversee the setup and rollout of proprietary insight communities and online qualitative projects, including platform configuration and participant management
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while proactively tracking progress and resolving issues
• Manage recruitment and online survey data collection, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and performing quality checks
• Monitor recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize performance and achieve desired representation
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing status updates and consultative guidance

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience for complex projects, preferably in market research
• Strong data skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with survey platform exports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating operational and data details into actionable updates
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Experience managing market research projects in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
• Familiarity with qualitative tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
