Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy aligned with company goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue team focused on new sales and channel management
  • Co-own the vision and strategy for new logo acquisition with the VP of Marketing
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and set sales targets
  • Foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a sales/revenue function
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience scaling a company from $25M to over $50M ARR
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada, the USA, the UK, or Western EU
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with acquisitions and integrations of companies/products post-acquisition
  • Strong experience using Salesforce and sales outreach tools
  • Ability to coach and develop sales teams in value-based selling methodologies
  • Experience selling into Mid Market and Large Enterprises with deal sizes $20-100k+ ARR
  • Has led a geographically dispersed team
