- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for RTD products.
- Collaborate with National Account teams to create joint business plans.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, addressing execution gaps.
- Partner with teams to enhance service levels and address customer issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with RTD merchants.
- Advocate for customers by sharing insights and recommendations.
- Create impactful sales materials to support execution teams.
- Understand the organizational structure and operations of major clients.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, including sales or category management.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reporting systems like IRI and Nielsen.
