Salary non negotiable during probation - you will earn a percentage of UK revenue as a bonus in addition to your basic wage. Job Type: Full-Time. Sector: B2B Sales / International Markets / SaaS / Professional Services.
Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and qualify new business leads in the UK and/or US through proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In).
- Build strong rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our service as a valuable solution.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close, independently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline progress, and client communications in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to share market feedback and refine sales strategy.
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing sales or business development, ideally working with UK and/or US clients.
- Keen knowledge and demonstrable experience of AI technologies, and how to leverage it for sales/prospecting/research and deep understanding of current client marketing tech stacks (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Reply, etc.).
- Demonstrable consultative approach to closing.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, persuasive communication style.
- Strong grasp of UK/US business expectations, cultural norms and marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing industry KPI's and acronyms – ICP, COA, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV – and the ability to use these to understand business metrics and leverage points.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and self-discipline, especially in a remote work setting.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven, with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
