We are looking for a SOURCING MANAGER for one of our client in India. Our client is into manufacturing of critical care ventilation solutions for a wide variety of patient populations, applications, and environment.

Any Bachelor’s Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic and operational sourcing or procurement in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, preferably in D365.
• Knowledge of contract law, procurement policies, and supplier management practices.
• Experience with international sourcing and global supplier management.

• Guarantee availability of products for the local demand.
• Establish direct sourcing from existing global suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers in India.
• Negotiate long‑term agreements and contracts to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with the global Supply Chain Management organisation in Switzerland to define requirements, incl. product specifications.
• Continue maintenance and enhancement of D365 ERP System.
• Support sustainability, compliance, and risk management initiatives within the supply chain.
