What you’ll be doing as SHEQ Consultant

Building trusted relationships with clients at all levels, from site teams to senior leadership
Implementing and improving SHEQ management systems that work in real-world environments
Delivering gap analysis, internal audits and system reviews with clear, actionable outcomes
Developing policies, procedures and documentation tailored to client operations
Supporting clients through external assessments and ongoing compliance requirements
Regular client site visits to ensure standards are embedded, not just documented
What we’re looking for in a SHEQ Consultant

Previous hands-on Health & Safety experience within a SHEQ or compliance environment
Practical exposure to management systems, audits and implementation activity
Background working in medium to higher-risk operational settings
Knowledge of ISO standards such as 45001, 9001 or 14001
Relevant professional qualifications or auditor training
Working hours
40 hours per week, with flexibility to manage your own diary.
