What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Administer and develop compensation programs, including base salary ranges for various business lines
  • Participate in annual compensation surveys to stay updated on market trends and compliance
  • Conduct job evaluations and recommend grade assignments based on exemption status
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and compensation planning systems
  • Prepare analysis related to salary/bonus budgets and perform ad hoc benchmarking requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BA/BS in business, HR, or a related discipline
  • 5-8+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably as a Senior Compensation Analyst
  • Experience with salary surveys and job pricing, preferably with Comp Tool or similar software
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies, with proven success in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment and discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ambulatory surgery centers (ASC)
  • Proven ability to leverage innovation in a growing organization
  • Demonstrated advising and coaching skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing organizational change and driving transformation initiatives
