This role combines expertise in finance, data analytics, and technology to enhance decision-making processes, streamline financial reporting, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

• Senior Financial Analytics Professional manages data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues.
• The Senior Financial Analytics Professional works on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Synthesize complex financial data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Process automation through SQL and other technologies.
• Collates, models, interprets and analyzes data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends.

• Bachelor s Degree
• 5 or more years of analytics experience (e.g., SQL & Power BI development, Hyperion, Anaplan)
• Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
• Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
• Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Financial background

• Master s Degree

• You must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship as Humana does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
• Hybrid/Office - some office time may be required, if within a commutable distance of our Arlington, VA or Louisville, KY offices.

• Work at Home Guidance applicable to Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates, including internet requirements and equipment provisions.

• Pay Range: $89,000 - $121,400 per year, plus potential bonus incentives.
