This role combines expertise in finance, data analytics, and technology to enhance decision-making processes, streamline financial reporting, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
Responsibilities- Senior Financial Analytics Professional manages data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues.
- The Senior Financial Analytics Professional works on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support financial analysis and performance tracking.
- Synthesize complex financial data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Process automation through SQL and other technologies.
- Collates, models, interprets and analyzes data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends.
- Bachelor s Degree
- 5 or more years of analytics experience (e.g., SQL & Power BI development, Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
- Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Financial background
- Master s Degree

- Hybrid/Office - some office time may be required, if within a commutable distance of our Arlington, VA or Louisville, KY offices.

Hours:
40 - Pay Range: $89,000 - $121,400 per year, plus potential bonus incentives.
