What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
  • Provide technical expertise and support regarding plan design and compliance for institutional clients
  • Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external sponsors
  • Create training materials to enhance the professional development of field colleagues
  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
