Position: Grossman Solutions – Senior Associate

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and coordinate all scheduling for the search team, including client meetings, interviews, and internal team meetings
  • Communicate directly with clients to coordinate meetings, share updates, and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the search process
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates, ensuring smooth, supportive, and professional experiences
  • Conduct targeted research to identify prospective candidates, organizations, and networks
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in databases and project trackers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • At least five years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, HR, or project management; experience supporting executive search or recruitment processes is a plus
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management experience, including balancing multiple priorities for senior leaders
  • Ability to manage projects and processes and support a team in meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with databases/CRMs
