This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
You will join a team dedicated to delivering a range of global opportunities, with a focus on the outgoing students. The role is essential in achieving the aims laid out in the University’s international strategy including expansion of our portfolio of shorter global mobilities and the diversification of opportunities. This will include operational management of outgoing study abroad programmes. The role will also support the work of the wider Global Opportunities team.
You will have a creative and innovative approach to supporting complex and detailed processes that enable hundreds of students to achieve the opportunity to study overseas. With a track record of exceptional administrative and communication skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, students and partner universities. Your role will be varied and complex and you will be required to operate flexibly across multiple projects.
