As the Blockchain Community Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing community strategies that attract and retain engaged followers. You will leverage your industry connections and resources to facilitate events and initiatives that resonate with our audience. Your ability to create a sense of belonging and cohesion within our community will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage with our community across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Galxe, Reddit, etc.), fostering discussions and encouraging participation.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain a loyal community on blockchain platforms, ensuring a sticky follower base.
- Use your connections to identify and secure engaging speakers for community events, webinars, and AMAs.
- Utilize your publicity power to promote community events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence within the blockchain ecosystem. Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the AI or blockchain sector.
- Established presence with a significant follower count on blockchain platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord). Strong network of industry contacts to secure speakers and collaborations for community initiatives.
- Familiarity with blockchain community engagement tools and analytics platforms. Ability to analyze community metrics to inform strategies and optimize engagement efforts.
- You are comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and are entrepreneurial.
- You can independently prioritize your work and understand how it maps to the overall needs and goals of the company.
- You are knowledgeable in your domain but also enjoy wearing multiple hats and venturing outside of your comfort zone when the need arises.
- You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities.
- You are detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
