• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver training materials and webinars on retirement plan compliance topics
• Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects
• Stay updated on market conditions, business trends, and regulatory changes

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in various retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), and governmental plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
