In this role, you will take the lead in managing a strategic program that is vital to our sales success. • Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams
• Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program
• Leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions
• Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads
• Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs and talent development

• 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales
• At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program
• Experience mentoring new sales talent
• Ability to leverage data and metrics effectively
• Experience with in SaaS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
