• Serve as a consultative resource to support retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Draft external communication resources for field use with clients on relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance testing, and M&A due diligence
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and correction programs
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree required

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Ability to deliver high-quality deliverables and maintain trusted advisor relationships
