We are seeking a Vice President, Commercial Excellence & Transformation to architect and lead the evolution of our commercial model. This executive role is pivotal in redefining how we go to market—re‑engineering sales processes, embedding automation and AI, and enabling our teams to deliver a simpler, faster, and more predictable experience for clients.

What You’ll DoRe‑engineer and simplify commercial processes
- Lead end‑to‑end mapping and redesign of sales and commercial workflows, eliminating friction and non‑value‑added steps
- Design and implement motion‑based sales models aligned to client needs and opportunity types
- Establish clear pre‑/post‑metrics to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
Harness automation, AI, and modern sales technology
- Oversee the deployment of automation and AI across the commercial tech stack, including Salesforce and integrated sales tools
- Enable predictive analytics, opportunity health, forecasting, proposal automation, and agentic‑supported deal desks
- Champion data quality, standards, and governance to unlock advanced insights and scalability
Create repeatable, scalable sales motions
- Codify standardized sales plays, qualification rules, economic templates, and playbooks by segment
- Embed repeatable processes into Salesforce and supporting tools to ensure consistent execution
- Reduce bespoke work by increasing adoption of standard building blocks and self‑service solutions
Lead change and enable the organization
- Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through strong change leadership, communication sponsorship
- Design and deliver practical, deal‑anchored training and enablement programs
- Align incentives and performance management to reinforce disciplined qualification and effective use of automation
Provide cross‑functional leadership and governance
- Serve as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Co‑chair governance forums to prioritize initiatives, manage the roadmap, and track ROI
- Oversee vendor relationships and the commercial technology ecosystem
- Proven success leading process re‑engineering, automation initiatives, and large‑scale change
- Deep expertise in modern sales technologies, AI, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross‑functional teams
- Experience shaping multi‑year commercial and go‑to‑market strategies with executive leadership
- Expertise in sales motions, methodologies, and AI‑enabled or agentic deal desks
- PMP, Prosci, or similar change/project management certifications
- A track record of delivering measurable improvements in sales velocity, win rates, forecast accuracy, and client satisfaction
- A people‑first leadership approach grounded in integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum Management
Experience:
10+ years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or related fields.
Minimum Functional
Experience:
10+ years demonstrated success in process reengineering, automation, and large‑scale change management.
