Responsibilities
  • Serve as a consultative resource supporting retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
  • Provide technical expertise to sales and service representatives regarding plan design and compliance for M&A transactions
  • Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
  • Create training materials for professional development related to qualified plan administration and compliance
  • Draft external communication resources for client engagement on relevant topics
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and retirement plan design
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
