- Experience with generating buyer gate releases and managing account relationships.
- Proficiency in using Smartsheet for tracking requests and updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established SOPs.
- Consistent achievement of KPIs in previous roles.
- Experience in administrative roles within the automotive or related industries.
- Familiarity with AS400 and other relevant transaction management systems.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across different teams.
- Prior experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Knowledge of vehicle-related workflows and processes.
