What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage communication and transaction support between the employer and commercial clients and buyers.
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external clients, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to transactions, ensuring quality service and effective problem resolution.
  • Maintain Smartsheet spreadsheets for tracking verification and communication workflows.
  • Generate buyer gate releases and manage internal and external account relationships through shared communication channels.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully.
  • Experience with generating buyer gate releases and managing account relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet for tracking requests and updates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established SOPs.
  • Consistent achievement of KPIs in previous roles.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in administrative roles within the automotive or related industries.
  • Familiarity with AS400 and other relevant transaction management systems.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across different teams.
  • Prior experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Knowledge of vehicle-related workflows and processes.
