Overview

Sr. Sales Manager (REMOTE) At Lexipol, our mission is to create safer communities and empower the individuals on the front lines with market-leading content and technology. This position is remote.

Lexipol’s Sales team provides SaaS solutions for local US first responder agencies in Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, local Corrections, and local governments. The Senior Sales Manager will lead a dynamic team of Senior Account Executives (SAEs) and drive high-impact results in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this remote position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while fostering a collaborative sales culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire Senior Account Executives selling Wellness, Analytics, Policy, and Training solutions to local public safety departments and local governments.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and oversee the performance of the sales team.
  • Drive sales activity, manage performance metrics, and optimize sales models in collaboration with Product and Marketing for pricing and positioning.
  • Cross-sell the service and solutions portfolio:
    Policy (Implementation, Subscription for policy updates, daily training bulletins, daily training modules);
    Online training (Police1 Academy, EMS1 Academy, Fire1 Academy, Local

    GovU, Corrections1 Academy);
    Wellness (Cordico Shield, Cordico Fire, Cordico 911, Cordico Guardian);
    Accreditation (Center for Accreditation Excellence).
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to drive product awareness and ensure customer adoption.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop the sales team; partner with internal recruiters to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • Report on market changes, achievement of sales plans, and progress toward objectives; maintain communication with executive leadership.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and a high-performance environment through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Align customer stakeholder interests to ensure successful adoption of Lexipol technology.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in front-line SaaS Sales Management Leadership roles with proven quota attainment.
  • Experience coaching all levels of performers on a sales team; strong understanding of SaaS sales models and/or public safety/government sectors (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills; analytical mindset with data-driven strategy.
  • Experience leading teams in high-growth, results-driven environments; ability to develop strategic plans and drive implementation.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities; highly resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting and growing a sales team; ability to hire and develop talent.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States; minimal travel (
