Are you an ISO Consultant who enjoys working closely with clients to deliver meaningful, value-driven outcomes? Do you want a role that blends technical expertise, relationship building, and the opportunity to support more sustainable ways of working?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist consultancy supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors to implement, maintain, and improve ISO management systems. The business works with clients primarily across the London and Oxford-Cambridge corridor, with flexibility for remote working and occasional UK and European travel.
As an ISO Consultant, you will work directly with clients to deliver ISO services end-to-end. You'll build trusted, long-term relationships, support certification and ongoing compliance, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services.
Your responsibilities as an ISO Consultant:
Implement ISO management systems in line with client needs and best practice.
Support clients through third-party certification and surveillance audits.
Manage and maintain existing ISO certifications.
Deliver training and awareness sessions to client teams.
Build strong, trusted client relationships to support retention.
Identify and support the delivery of additional value-adding services.
Your current experience which will help you as an ISO Consultant:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
1-3+ years' experience working with ISO standards in a relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO requirements and practical implementation.
IRCA Lead Auditor qualification in relevant ISO standards.
Working knowledge of applicable legislation and compliance frameworks.
Full UK driving licence and a valid passport, with flexibility to travel.

Up to £45k salary, dependent on experience.
Milton Keynes based / Hybrid role.
