About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Leadership & Management Coach to deliver high-impact, personalized coaching to our leadership team. This is a boutique engagement designed to drive real behavioral change, fast outcomes, and measurable ROI — not generic training programs.

You will partner closely with managers and senior contributors in a fully remote, high-ownership startup environment, supporting leadership growth through trust, confidentiality, and deep cultural alignment.

This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:
  • Are an experienced Leadership & Management Coach with a proven executive coaching track record
  • Have hands-on experience supporting fintech and early-stage startup teams
  • Work in a boutique, fractional, or advisory capacity, rather than delivering mass-market training programs
  • Have successfully coached founders and leadership teams through rapid growth, scaling challenges, and organizational change
  • Thrive in high-impact, fast-paced, results-driven environments
  • To ensure the highest level of impact and alignment, we are seeking candidates who meet all of the above criteria.

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching for managers and senior contributors
    • Strengthen core leadership and management skills (feedback, accountability, decision-making, prioritization)
    • Support leaders managing remote, cross-cultural teams and contractors
    • Deliver measurable impact within a 3-6 month engagement
    • Contribute to scalable leadership standards for future cohorts
    What You'll Bring:
    • Proven (min 8+) years of experience as a Leadership / Executive / Management Coach in startups or fast-growth dispersed environments
    • Strong understanding of modern, remote leadership challenges
    • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a practical coaching style
    • Ability to drive results quickly through personalized, hands-on coaching
    • Coaching certification (ICF / EMCC) is a plus
