Position: Director, Government Alliance & Channel Sales (Remote)

What to Expect

• Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration

• Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and revenue generation

• Conduct regular business reviews with alliance partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities

• Meet revenue targets through collaboration with partners and managing the sales pipeline

• Provide partners with training, sales enablement tools, and ongoing support

What is Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience in alliance and channel partner sales or a related field, ideally with payment processors

• Strong personal network and relationships within the government payments industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with government-focused partners, such as system integrators or industry influencers

• Knowledge and experience in government sales and procurement

• Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales analytics tools

• Ability to navigate complex negotiations with C-suite executives

• Comfort with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
