Regional Product Manager Overview:Printers
The Regional Product Manager (RPM) for Printers is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, positioning products and solutions, and serving as the critical link between Sales LATAM and the Business Unit (BU) for Zebra’s printer portfolio. This role involves defining and executing go‑to‑market strategies, introducing and maintaining products, driving pricing initiatives, and leading promotional activities. The RPM ensures the alignment of market needs with product offerings and provides competitive intelligence, market insights, training, and enablement to sales and pre‑sales teams, as well as to business partners and distributors.
The ultimate goal is to enable these teams to effectively bring Zebra’s printer solutions to market.
The RPM will work closely with the Printers Business Unit, Regulatory teams, Product & Solutions Marketing, Pre‑sales Engineers, Account Managers, Customer Success teams, Channels, and Customers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of strategies.
Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management
- Develop and execute plans for the introduction of new printer products and manage the existing portfolio.
- Monitor product performance in the market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regional trends.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit to adjust strategies and offerings based on evolving market demands.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy
- Define and implement go‑to‑market strategies tailored to the Latin American market.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑sales, and Channel teams to develop market penetration plans.
- Establish product positioning and messaging that highlight Zebra’s competitive advantages.
- Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing teams to enhance competitive positioning.
- Identify opportunities to expand Zebra’s presence in the printer market.
- Sales Enablement and Training
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions to internal teams, partners, and distributors.
- Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively position Zebra’s printers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Zebra printers during customer and partner engagements.
- Pricing and Promotions
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive promotional initiatives to increase market adoption and sales.
- Customer and Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Support the recruitment and enablement of partners with expertise in Zebra’s printer solutions across LATAM.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Zebra’s internal teams to address technical or business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the printing, technology, or related industries.
- Advanced English proficiency is required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and crafting go‑to‑market strategies.
