What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
  • Provide technical expertise to sales and service representatives regarding plan design and compliance for institutional clients
  • Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
  • Create training materials for the professional development of field colleagues related to qualified plan administration and compliance
  • Stay informed on market conditions and legislative changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality deliverables and maintain trusted advisor relationships
  • Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
