Business Development Manager (Italian Speaking) – Enfuce
Join to apply for the Business Development Manager (Italian Speaking) role s role focuses on driving new opportunities into the funnel, nurturing core prospect stakeholder relationships, and guiding opportunities to a client contract signature. The BDM uses the organisation’s resources efficiently and acts as an ambassador for Enfuce, ensuring prospects fit Enfuce CaaS model, target segment, and risk and compliance exposure.
The objective is to accelerate go-to-market, maximize Month 12 MRR, and demonstrate proficiency in the local business language.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities to build a robust, value-focused sales pipeline. Core lead channels are partnerships, marketing, and BDM origination. The BDM should own cold outreach and expect to manage and nurture about 25 new opportunities in a 12-month period, with 6 self-generated.
- Navigate the full sales process from identifying value propositions to negotiating and closing contracts. Aim to touch base with opportunities every 30 days and progress them within 45–90 days through the sales cycle.
- Maintain precise Salesforce records, ensuring opportunities and closing plans reflect projected value delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to foster a culture of collective success and long-term client value.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and the broader ecosystem to articulate the unique value propositions of Enfuce solutions.
- Excellent questioning skills to drive conversations with decision makers and identify and magnify prospect problems that you can solve.
- Experience in the card payment industry to tailor bespoke card programmes and card-as-a-service solutions.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of opportunities and guide them to successful outcomes that enhance client value.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through a value-driven approach.
- Strong presentation skills to convey compelling value narratives to C-level executives and participate in relevant technical discussions.
