OfferAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the market presence of H2
SITE’s hydrogen separation solutions within the industrial sector.
You will play a key role in opening and prospecting new markets, identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, this position involves nurturing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and creating tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of different industries.
Features- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to sell hydrogen separation units to industrial clients.
- Carry out active and systematic prospecting to identify new clients and business opportunities in key sectors.
- Identify and target potential customers in industries such as energy, chemicals, refining, and manufacturing through a methodical approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
- Present product solutions, including technical aspects, cost benefits, and long-term sustainability advantages to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its unique value proposition.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closing to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote H2
SITE hydrogen separation technology. - Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform product development and strategy.
- Regularly travel across Europe to meet with clients and partners, with occasional visits to H2
SITE headquarters in Bilbao, Spain.
- A technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience selling equipment within the industrial sector.
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the industrial sector, ideally related to hydrogen, energy, or chemical industries.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, another European language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Desirable:
- Strong understanding of hydrogen separation technology or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
