Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site 1099 contractor role for a Business Development Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating business deals, and developing effective strategies to expand the client base. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships, and you will lead a team of ten Exit Factor Consultants.
Qualifications- Proven skills in business development, negotiation, and sales planning
- Experience in market research and strategic planning
- Strong communication, relationship management, and networking skills
- Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, franchises, and business brokerage processes
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior experience in business advisory or consultancy is a plus
- Recent expansion through referral relationships with more than 100 partners across the U.S.

This is a 1099 contract position. Payment is commission only plus a share of revenue managed; the average hourly rate is $200.
