Location: Irvine, CA (100% On-site)
Position Type: Direct Placement | Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/Year + Commission/Benefits

- Identify and cultivate new business through networking, partners, and lead generation.
- Manage entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, implementation.
- Meet/exceed sales quotas with custom HR strategies benefit ting employers and employees.
- Generate new business with aggressive prospecting targeting decision-makers.
- Own full sales lifecycle including data collection, contract finalization, post-sale support.
- Use consultative selling to analyze client needs and tailor solutions; prepare executive summaries.
- Maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and managing renewals.
- Use Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and products; act as a subject matter expert.
- 2-3 years proven success in sales-driven roles.
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferred knowledge of self-funded and fully insured product/financial arrangements.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and ability to interpret data.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, business acumen, and ethical commitment.
