Overview
This role is for builders. As a Provider Success Manager, you’ll recruit, activate, and coach small business owners, helping them succeed while strengthening the marketplace. If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-moving environments, we want to meet you.
The Provider Success Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting Moving Help service providers (“Moving Helpers”) to ensure a strong, reliable marketplace. This role focuses on activating providers in high-demand markets, educating them on platform rules and expectations, and helping them succeed long-term.
You’ll work closely with independent business owners, guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, and coaching them on best practices that lead to more bookings and better customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Identify geographical areas that lack sufficient coverage of service providers within the assigned region.
- Increase the number of applications received and ensure an expedient activation process.
- Plan and execute actions and/or communications with leads, U-Haul executives, and Team Members with accuracy, dependability, and consistency. Travel may be required.
- Position is based in our home office in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Recruit Moving Helper service providers in markets where coverage is needed.
- Guide providers through the application, onboarding, and activation process.
- Educate providers on marketplace rules, policies, and performance expectations.
- Train providers on how to succeed on the platform (availability, communication, reviews, cancellations).
- Monitor provider performance and offer coaching to improve results.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain marketplace quality and reliability.
- Background in sales or recruitment is a plus.
- Previous Moving Industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of remote training and mentoring people from different backgrounds using phone, email, or other tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, with confidence learning new programs and internal tools.

Salary, $45,000-$50,000 based on qualifications with bonus opportunities
