Meeting clients at their preferred locations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and addressing inquiries while maintaining accurate records. Staying informed about relevant legal requirements and industry standards.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification:
  Obtained through state‑specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
• Effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in mobile technology, integrity, and ongoing education.

High‑speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

$125.00–$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
