Drake International is seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager – Project Delivery to join one of our mission-driven client organizations on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused professional who thrives on owning delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of accountability for client-facing initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Working closely with client organizations, internal teams, and external partners, you will ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

This role is open to professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including client success, account management, project management, customer experience, consulting, events, or operations. Direct nonprofit or fundraising experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities Client Success & Delivery Ownership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client organizations
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow‑through
  • Ensure a high‑quality, end‑to‑end client experience
Project & Program Delivery
  • Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of client initiatives from intake through completion
  • Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and events (virtual and in person)
  • Deliver presentations and updates in both English and French
Insights, Reporting & Optimization
  • Track progress and performance against objectives
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engagement, and outcomes
  • Support the development of new client relationships through excellent delivery and referrals
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices across the client success function
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (required)
  • 4+ years of experience in client success, project management, account management, customer experience, or a related client‑facing role
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong focus on delivery and client outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or project management tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to attend in‑person meetings and events as required
