Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Financial Crimes Project Manager 4 to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Financial Crimes Operations supporting AML and BSA compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Title: Financial Crimes Project Manager in Charlotte 4
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (CIC location)
Schedule: Hybrid 3x on-site per week, 2x work-from-home
Pay Range: 58/hr
Contract: Long term, 12 months, option to extend
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple central AML solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders from various business lines to ensure system integration and testing readiness.
- Track progress, identify risks, and report issues using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Ensure test environments and data dependencies are prepared and maintained effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in project management within regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience with UAT or system integration efforts is highly desirable.
- Technical background with familiarity in test environment and data management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
