The Supply Chain Analyst supports the Customer Service Manager and Business Operations Director across forecasting, inventory management, distributor order services, and performance analytics.

This role is ideal for a proactive, curious, and driven self-starter who can work independently, identify issues early, and turn data into actionable insights. Candidates with strong analytical capability, including experience with AI-driven analytics tools are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates and early career professionals with relevant coursework, internships, or project experience are welcome to apply.

Key Job Functions:

Inventory, Forecasting, and Order Management
  • Monitor distributor inventory, sales (depletions), and shipments in alignment with the annual and monthly forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain reporting via Molson Coors reporting tools, VIP, and Shared data platforms.
  • Align state and distributor level forecasts and recommend adjustments based on demand trends.
  • Respond to distributor inquiries regarding orders, logistics, and delivery timing.
  • Coordinate with Molson Coors brewery supply chain teams on production or fulfillment impacts.
  • Track finished goods post-production and escalate risks related to inventory levels or freshness.
AI-Enabled Analytics and Automation
  • Utilize AI-enabled analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, embedded AI features in Microsoft 365) to enhance reporting and insights.
  • Leverage predictive tools to support improved forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
  • Use automated dashboards and low-code tools to reduce manual data processing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using AI and automation tools without programming.
Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration
  • Maintain communication with TYC Field Sales, distributor partners, and brewery teams to align supply and demand.
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and distributor partners.
  • Contribute to training and best practices for ordering, inventory management, and data usage.
Performance, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Days on Hand, Service Levels, and OTIF.
  • Identify root causes of service issues or forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support Finance & Administration with analytics that reduce costs or improve revenue via demand planning.
  • Contribute to the improvement of SOPs and operational documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proactive, self-directed problem solver with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled business analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred, but open to recent graduates; internships, capstone projects, or analytics coursework are valued.
  • Experience in beverage/alcohol distribution is a plus but not required.
  • Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX, with a combination of home office and TYC office work. Minimal travel required.
