The role…We’re expanding our product team and looking for a Product Manager to help drive our next stage of growth. This role is at the core of our business, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape the product roadmap and deliver solutions that directly impact our customers.
As a Product Manager at Amper, you’ll be at the intersection of customer needs and technical execution. You will engage deeply with our customers to understand their pain points, collaborate with engineers to design impactful solutions, and work with GTM teams to refine positioning and adoption strategies. You'll be comfortable saying “no” to distractions while ensuring we focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
This is a remote-friendly role within the US.
What You’ll Do…- Own and drive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with customers to gather insights, define pain points, and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and launch new features.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including Marketing and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve user experience, adoption, and retention.
- Prioritize and manage competing demands, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Act as an internal champion for the customer, ensuring their needs are always top of mind.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience delivering B2B SaaS products, with a proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration. Experience with IoT or other hardware-integrated products is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute a product roadmap, aligning business strategy with customer needs and measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience conducting customer discovery and validation—comfortable leading interviews, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into actionable requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to define, prioritize, and ship features.
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing clear, structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and influencing decision-making across teams.
- Solid project management and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing competing demands and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-informed approach to product decisions, leveraging usage analytics, customer feedback, and business metrics to guide priorities.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a customer-first mindset, consistently advocating for the end user in every decision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.
