The Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Scheme Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in managing relationships with payment schemes while supporting the wider team in delivering high‑impact initiatives. You will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day operations, managing CRM data, supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and contributing to strategic projects.

Over time, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a small portfolio of schemes, developing your own relationships and commercial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in the daily management of payment scheme relationships across a range of products and geographies.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records, ensuring key information is captured and accessible.
  • Coordinate team‑wide initiatives, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare materials for QBRs, including gathering data, analysing performance metrics, and drafting presentations.
  • Assist in preparing CRM reports and dashboards to monitor relationship health and track key actions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends within scheme portfolios.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to deliver on scheme‑related activities.
  • Take ownership of a small portfolio of payment schemes, managing the relationship, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Some experience in partnerships, account management, payments, or a related commercial role is beneficial (but not essential for the right candidate).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in using data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the payments and fintech industries.
  • Spanish speaking would be beneficial.
What We Offer
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop a career in partnerships and payments.
  • Hands‑on experience managing real commercial relationships.
  • Structured learning and development opportunities.
  • A supportive team environment and a collaborative company culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
What's in it for you?
  • Hybrid working – We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 days / week on‑site expectation, so you can strike the balance between office and home working. In addition to our 28‑day holiday allowance, we also provide a work‑from‑abroad policy, enabling employees to work remotely for up to another 30 days per year.
  • Learning and Development – We offer a GBP 500 annual budget to support your professional growth; we also provide leadership cafés, on‑the‑job training, and other opportunities to help you grow your skills and thrive in your role.
