Overview

Employer Industry: Business Insurance and Employee Benefits

• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise on plan design and compliance for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials to support professional development related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to facilitate informed discussions

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) top hat, governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and correction programs
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA
• Proven ability to maintain trusted advisor relationships and deliver high-quality deliverables
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experience in reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Demonstrated willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
