• Serve as a consultative resource for plan compliance matters for ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues
• Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects regarding relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues
• Bachelor's Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
