Remote Engagement Player Coach - EST/CST
Amplity is looking for a Remote Engagement Player Coach to join our remote team. This position is head‑count for Establishment and requires a mix of sales and coaching skills.
Position SummaryThe Remote Engagement Player Coach performs the duties of a Remote Engagement Sales Representative while also guiding and coaching the team to achieve performance metrics. Responsibilities split between individual contribution and coaching support.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with Amplity leadership and clients.
- Engage customers via remote channels (phone, email, virtual platforms) to promote products and services.
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coach team members in teamwork, call quality, and sales techniques using the Coaching Guide.
- Assist with call monitoring, coaching activities, and performance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with, and correct any performance issues.
- Create and deliver individual development plans and performance appraisals.
- Maintain a positive team environment through meetings and communication.
- Support new hires with onboarding, training, and technology use (CRM, reporting).
- Maintain attendance and scheduling documentation.
- Stay compliant with employment laws, HR policies, and corporate guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales or a supporting role; remote or inside sales preferred.
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience desirable.
- Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry preferred.
- Successfully complete all Amplity and company required training.
- Willingness to cover all time zones as needed.
- Travel up to 20% for training and meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS.
