These roles are primarily in-office at our Downtown Kansas City location, with flexibility to work from home or offsite one day per week, with the potential for up to two days per week based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs.
About The PositionThe Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand growth, demand creation, and revenue across Paris Brothers’ cafés, retail, eCommerce, subscriptions, and B2B channels. This role connects brand strategy with commercial performance, ensuring consistent and compelling product storytelling that translates into measurable results.
This position leads promotions, launches, and community-driven initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with café operations, sales, and marketing teams, the Marketing Manager activates the brand across physical and digital touchpoints while strengthening Paris Brothers’ presence within the communities it serves.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Own brand and revenue-driving marketing strategy across B2C (DTC, cafés, subscriptions, gift cards), B2B/wholesale, and retail/CPG
