• Assign accurate HTS classifications using relevant guidelines and regulatory sources
• Validate admissibility requirements and implications from various governing agencies
• Conduct research on tariff updates and regulatory changes affecting compliance
• Review product information to ensure details are available for accurate classification
• Screen for exposure to anti-dumping and countervailing duties

• Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure
• Experience in identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
• Familiarity with requirements from various government agencies
• Ability to conduct detailed tariff and regulatory research
• High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

• Previous experience in trade compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics
• Familiarity with Customs compliance processes
• Understanding of supply chain management principles
