Employment Logistics:
The Customer Success Account Manager supports new customer onboarding and ensures our newest clients receive exceptional service from day one. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the sales team to help customers meet their package commitment goals, manage day‑to‑day account needs, and assist with reporting and tasks that support overall territory performance. You’ll be a trusted point of contact during onboarding and beyond, ensuring customers have a smooth and successful experience.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a related field
Your Mission in Motion:
- Support daily customer operations: Assist customers with day‑to‑day needs and maintain clear, responsive communication.
- Guide customers through onboarding: Ensure new customers meet volume commitments and receive a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist territory leadership: Provide reporting, administrative, and account‑related support to the Director of Customer Success Accounts.
- Manage ongoing account activities: Track deliverables, support contractual requirements, and maintain alignment with customer expectations.
- Represent the team externally: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
- Contribute to best practices: Collaborate with peers and internal teams to apply and enhance customer success and business development processes.
- Deliver business reviews: Prepare, present, and follow through on customer business reviews and updates.
